Ordering and Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment

Payment can be made using debit or credit card, invoice, or other payment methods made available at checkout.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Late payment may result in recovery costs being charged where permitted by law.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided in working days.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.

Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal Act gives private consumers an unconditional right to withdraw from the agreement (right of withdrawal) by notifying the seller within 14 days after the consumer has received the entire goods and the information required pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Right of Withdrawal Act has been received in the prescribed manner, including the right of withdrawal form. The right of withdrawal expires no later than three months after the goods have been received or after 1 year if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the notification is sent within the deadline and in a manner that is reasonable under the circumstances. In the notification, the consumer must state how the goods will be returned. If the buyer has paid for all or part of the goods, a refund shall be made. The refund shall be made to the same payment medium that was used when ordering. The consumer must return the goods within a reasonable time. This applies even if the consumer has not received what he or she is entitled to receive back from the seller. The seller is obliged to refund what the consumer has paid within 14 days from the day the seller receives the goods or the collection slip or the goods are made available. If you have paid via postal giro account or bank account, please provide the account number. Any costs incurred when returning the goods are borne by the consumer. Shipping is not refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal. Goods sent by post or independent carrier must be returned in the same way or delivered to the seller in the original packaging with return shipping paid. The consumer is not obliged to receive or redeem a good before it is returned to the seller, but can instead pay the return costs and ask the person delivering the goods to return the goods to the seller. However, it is a prerequisite that the buyer notifies the seller, within 14 days, that the right of withdrawal is being exercised.

Exceptions and limitations to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item cannot be returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered items or parts that the customer has ordered with a part number in our parts register. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the part ordered is correct based on the user's needs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

Goods to be painted and/or assembled

For goods to be painted and/or assembled both with and without fasteners, the product's fit and compatibility must be checked before any paint is applied or firmly mounted. Costs related to assembly are not covered if an item proves to be faulty.

Specially ordered goods

For specially ordered and manufactured goods, the law on goods that are made or specially ordered for consumers applies. This means that the buyer covers all actual costs, cf. §16 of the Right of Withdrawal Act. Goods that are ordered/made/produced to fulfill the customer's order are considered specially ordered goods. There is no possibility of returning electrical components.

Extraordinary circumstances

CS Netthandel is only liable for loss of the goods, if errors or defects have been proven on CS Netthandel's part. However, this does not apply if CS Netthandel proves that the defect is due to circumstances beyond CS Netthandel's control, and which CS Netthandel could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. CS Netthandel is not liable for direct or indirect losses.

Sales pledge

CS Netthandel has a sales pledge in goods, cf. the Pledge Act §3-14 et seq.

Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. After this period, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a partial refund.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Personal data is used only to fulfil your order and manage customer relations.
